Only two things could be at play here. You have not reduced your calorie intake enough or you are not burning enough calories hence the slow loss. For me a cheat day in just that i would include a treat (ice cream, hot dog, etc.), knowing that I will cut back on something else later on during that day or put in an extra half hour in the gym. You need days like that or you are just gonna give in and pig out one day!
