  • tripas they are low calorie no carbs and if you making them the old fashion way they are so fantastic i can sit eat them like popcorn LOL :)
  • i put 2T olivie oil in a large fry pan and cut up 1/2 a head of cabbage 1 med onion 1 yellow & red bell pepper (remove seeds) and saute it over med/high until tender but still has a little crunch season with sea salt and enjoy i eat it all week for lunch or dinner :)
  • i do zumba at home and love it !!!!! you will need towel water and just have fun don't get upset if you don't do the moves prefect the main thing is you are up and moving thats what they say in the videos the are easy and fun dances i my self love the toning dvd and the rush 29 min work out ....just have fun and good luck
