  • No it won't affect your balance. You have to drink at least 64oz a day for your body to function properly. If you drink coffee or soda, you're supposed to drink that much more. If you drink 8oz of soda then you need to drink another 8oz of water. If you are exercising you have to drink even more than that.

  • i weigh myself once a week. every sunday morning when i wake up i weigh myself. your weight is always fluctuating so you have to pick a day and time every week or two to weigh in. this way its more accurate.

  • no its included in your daily burn total. dont add it as separate exercise. standing does change your daily calorie burn. thats why it asks what type of job you are doing daily. at the end of the week, its just extra calories that are being burned off.

  • sometimes what is put on here isnt correct. like you can pull up a starbucks coffee and there will be like 50 different entries and half of them are wrong. you just either have to go thru to find the one that is correct or add it in yourself.
