Can't remember the exact recipe, but I silced a zucchini in half the long way, scooped out some of the middle and put a ricotta mixture in the zucchini and baked it. YUM

great post! Thank you Portion control! I weigh and measure (not as much as I used to) but you would be surprised how many servings you are actually eating. For example my bown of cereal was a BOWL, 2-3 servings! It all adds up. Hint for water that works for me: I have a 16 oz container that I drink before I leave work.…

seeing a picture of me jolted me into reality. For some reason I never looked in the mirror and thought I was "THAT" big. Well I was THAT big and more. After being disgusted with myself and eating cause I felt sorry for myself, decided to do something about it.

On Saturdays, every 2 weeks. I have more time on Saturdays and I also take my measurements so I have time to do that and log into spreadsheet.

ha I had to laugh at myself yesterday because I kept pulling my pants up cause the crotch was hanging (got rid of the pants when I got home from work). I had to wonder how some of those young men find that comfortable, drove me NUTS all day

My butt/hips seems to be the last area moving for me, makes jean shopping fun. NOT I end up too tight in the rear and gaping in the waist.

I take my own measurements, the only one I have trouble with is my upper arm.

I'm definitely no expert but I think I would base it on how you actually feel. Maybe not do your normal high intensity workout (if thats what you do) but if you feel up to a walk or a bike ride, then I would think it would be fine.

I dont know I always feel like he recommends the "latest craze" and then moves onto something else. I tend to stay away from all stuff like that, because in the past I've spent too much $$ on those things with no results.
