Just did the 87 launch on Monday and my poor thighs are still feeling. The lunge track is KILLER!! Will do it again tomorrow. I am also feeling it in my shoulders this time around. What are you thoughts?
Topic: Shoes So I do different classes at the gym for variety. Do I need a variety of shoes for these activities as well? Or will a cross training fit all of my needs. Currently I do: Zumba, Body Pump, Cycle and Step Aerobics. Thoughts or suggestions? I am thinking I do need something different for Zumba as I find my feet…
