Thanks, putting these on my list

Wow congrats on your loss, that's amazing. Now go buy some new clothes! You will be amazed at how much better you look wearing clothes that actually fit. I know when I finally bought pants that fit, people thought suddenly I lost weight, when actually I was just wearing a pair of pants that fit. I buy cheap right now…

A co-worker had some last week and I tried a few. They were good, but not enough to make me run out and buy then, I'll stick w/regular grapes.

Love Body Pump, I started doing it when 85 came out so I dont have much to compare to!

I dont think this has been mentioned yet, but along with taking progress pics, take your starting measurement and do them monthly (or whenever). When the scale stops moving for a bit, it will help to see changes in the inches you have lost. These are the measurements I take: neck upper arm chest waist butt thigh calf Best…

I dont think the message boards are on the iPad app, if they are, I can't find it either!!!

Not sure, I've had mine for just a few days and I'm slightly confused as well. I've been logging on MFP thus far.

Thanks for all the site links.

Oh my, so far I haven't met a nut butter that I DON'T like. And for PB& Co, I have a jar of the white chocolate in my pantry along with Trader Joes's cookie butter (shame on me) I think my fav is still regular peanut butter ,but really, I like them all.

That being said, here is what I take weekely: Zumba (3 times a week, by far my fav class) Body Pump (twice a week) Belly Dance Barre Vite Cycle Step And I just started a 4…

I love my chiro, I see her 3-4 times a year when I start getting headaches, cures them right up. Up until that point, I had daily headaches, taking pain relievers, with no real relief. After adjustments, its all good.

I do, mostly so I can remember to take them, I'm horrible about remember but since I've been logging them I seem to remember.
-
I weigh every 2 weeks, Saturday morning, right after going potty. Once a month I also take my measurement.
-
I log anything I don't normally do. So when i'm out doing errands (walking around grocery store, Target, mall, whatever) I dont log that. I went to the fair this weekend and logged that few hours of (slow) walking because it isn't something I normally do.

This is an AWESOME list, thank you! I typically do classes at the gym so I listen to whatever music the instructor plays, most of it is really good.

I agree, its all the extra fluids pumped in your body/

Good responses from everyone. As an overweight person myself (but getting there) I would have to say I used any and all excuses possible to not exercise. Bottom line, just didn't want to. And being so overweight, it makes it hard and its hard because you are overweight. Viscious circle. Once I finally decided to JUST DO IT…

Enjoying this thread. Just gonna add my thoughts even tho they have already been shared. I dont use the cardio equipment much at all but I do know you have to sign up to use them and only for 30 minutes at a time, during busy times. If its not busy, no one else is signed up, go for it. Hate when people come to Zumba class…

Love Zumba, been doing it since late January. Started out at once per week and now I do 3 or 4 times a week. Its a lot of fun in a class setting, have not tried a DVD or anything at home.

Sounds like an excellent deal. I pay $14.50 per month, no pool. I'd love a pool.

I like the taco bar idea, and I take chicken breasts and put them in the crockpot w/some salsa poured over the top, shred when you get home from work. Sandwich with fruit? Make your own chicken salad bar?
