Topic: Shoes
So I do different classes at the gym for variety. Do I need a variety of shoes for these activities as well? Or will a cross training fit all of my needs.
Currently I do: Zumba, Body Pump, Cycle and Step Aerobics.
Thoughts or suggestions?
I am thinking I do need something different for Zumba as I find my feet "stick" a little when doing some of the turns and twists.

not an expert on shoes by any means, but I thought I would let you know that I always did Zumba in my socks0

not sure about zumba, but i got ballet shoes (without the point) for my bellydance class. they are more like soft slippers, with a leather sole, so you can turn, but have some grip, just no support.0

Cross trainers or barefoot should cover everything but running. You will go broke trying to buy shoes for all those activities. I took a kettle bell class last summer and was shocked that the teacher instructed us to go barefoot.0
