I have been on this weight loss journey since January 2012! I have lost 35 lbs and have 8lbs to goal, but am considering lowering my goal 5-10 more lbs. I joined MFP in September 2012 and consider it a lifestyle change!

I feel your pain! I have been running/walking for the past month and a half, got the ripped in 30 DVD this weekend. I injured my back last week so I wasn't going to do the whole week 1 routine, just watch it through the first time Sunday night. I did about 5 minutes Sunday and was still sore yesterday.
