Me too! When I was on I was doing well! So I'm on On! I'm 50 and I've been back on for 2 weeks and I am 7 pounds down with 45 to go. Walking is super important to me too. We can do this!

So, I weigh the same as I did last Friday- 199.5 pounds. I did pretty well keeping track of my eating and I did great with my workouts, but Saturday and Sunday were BAD. I don't really have time to check in every single day (time to log my food is the priority for me). But I'm glad I can check in now and pre decide here that I will make healthy choices this weekend at the retreat in going to. There's always tons of chocolate and junk. I (re)started at 206 and weigh 199.5 this morning. My loss of 7 pounds in 2 weeks is a lot of weight. and That will not be the case in a regular basis. .. but I'm so happy to be under 200!

Well! I BLEW IT. I ate all my calories PLUS in the form of trader Joe's Trek mix. Boo! I'm writing this here to say I will never eat trail mix in the car again unless I take a small amount and lock the rest in the trunk. Ok. that's over and now I'm moving on. Not going to let that slip up stop me from continuing to work…
