  • I don't run. I love Doctor Who! I was a bit disappointed when I opened this thread! Good luck to all of you runners though.
  • Together last Friday, me and a friend went through a whole bottle of vodka together. The next day I ate Mexican food. Two days later I jumped on the scale and was up 2 pounds. I was good the rest of the week. I weighed today and was down 3.4. The two pounds I gained from my vodka/mexi binge was likely water retention. I…
  • I am lucky that mine is very supportive. In the process he has dropped 55 pounds. I went vegetarian about 4 months ago. He, being a chef, does all the cooking. He was an avid meat eater. After about a month in and him tiring of cooking two separate dinners, we no longer have meat in the house. He says he doesn't even miss…
  • Same here! I weigh everything! 100 grams for me in a serving of all berries.
  • I am a vegetarian and my diary is open. Feel free to add me. Some days are better than others. The last few have been pretty boring since we need to go to the grocery store. It should get way more interesting tomorrow!
  • Hello! After losing about 175 pounds a few years ago and regaining about 60 of them I am back. I have been back since February and have lost 39 pounds. That puts me at about 151 pounds lost since my heaviest. I still have about 70 that I want to lose. I have no doubt that this time I can do it. With this wonderful app, my…

  • Yasso greek yogurt ice cream bars! They are between 80-130 cal, all natural/limited ingredients, no artificial sweeteners, loaded with protein. I love the salted caramel. It is only 100 cal and so much creamier than any ice cream bar out there!
  • When I see my dietitian, I bring her a print out of my week. She subtracts all sugar form fruit, veggies and my yogurt then looks at my sugars. If I am under then she says I am fine. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies a day. Usually at least 4 fruits and 4 veggies. I would be screwed if I counted them towards my sugar level.…
  • I try to limit all sugars except natural sugars. I don't worry if I eat too much fruit. I also don't pay attention to the sugar in my yogurt. I only eat greek plain so the sugar comes form the milk. I try to limit my processed sugar intake. I don't have diabetes. I just am trying to avoid processed foods. I am not always…
  • I only count plain water as water. I wouldn't count coffee or tea unless it is decaf. Even then, I personally wouldn't count it though I know some people do. My dietitian tells me for every cup of coffee or tea (with caffeine) I drink to drink two cups of water to counteract since caffeine is a diuretic.
  • Totally adding you! Fellow Whovian, geek of all trades, Board game addict.
