I gave up coffee July 1st last year...had been a 2 of 3 cup a day guy for 20+ years. For whatever reason, I just didn't want it...sleeping much better...Congrats on moving towards clean foods.

Awesome! Can't put what you did into a pill...it has to come from within! On another note, I have noticed how much younger people look when they loose significant weight. You look great...many years younger. Enjoy the marathon.
