    Well done, I'm one week 2 at the moment, I got to week 9 last year but fractured my sternum (none p90x injury - I cycled into a fence) - your results are great :)

    Wow! Excellent job! I can't believe you made it through that program - it's insanely tough. My 14 yo somewhat athletic son gave up on it half way through....I've seen some of it & didn't even bother starting, because I figured it would just kill a fat old lady like me! But if you can do it, maybe I can too...thanks for the motivation!

    Awe, you guys are the best!! I wanted to say that for anyone who thinks they can't do it, just try. You can modify any of the moves. I heard someone say that they had to march in place during half of it at first,but they kept trying. I believe anyone can do this program if they want to!! Let me know if anyone needs help!! Believe me I know how hard it is to just start!!
