Wow that's good! I have a lot of weight to lose too and would love to know what you have done this far. I started water aerobics almost a month ago and I love it. I was embarrassed at first to get in the pool in a swimsuit, but I had to make the change for myself and feel better for myself and not worry about others.

Well yesterday I really didn't want to walk up those stairs but did it anyway.. I have today and tomorrow and my goal will be complete for the week. I'm actually proud of myself.

I promise to walk up 3 flights of stairs twice a day every day this week while at work. Today is complete :)

I have PCOS... and my weight is coming off very slow :( I adjusted my calorie intake and I will see if that helps any when I weigh again. Good Luck! I would love to lose 30 pounds by Christmas.

Thank You judikahler. I have Lupus and Fibromyalgia so it's hard to exercise. I'm going to start water aerobics and I'm watching my calories and trying to eat healthier.
