I am hooked on the overnight oatmeal with peanut butter and banana with chia seeds and honey. Could have this for breakfast and lunch.

I put my Greek yoghurt in with oats, almond milk, chia seeds and some fruit etc. if you have a look t overnight oatmeal you will get some really yummy filling breakfasts.

Hi, I am new to this group and have also just found Chia seeds. I have been making overnight oatmeal with chia seeds in it and it is filling and keeps me going all morning and I then don't need much for lunch either.

Hi,I was on amytripteline also and put on 10 kg. My doctor knows that weight gain depresses me so has now taken me off of this and put me on Norytripteline. It is much friendlier for me.
