Not so much unfortunately… When I'm cutting carbs ( but it's almost impossible) I loose much more of my kg… I'm admiring pals, who can "lost all my weight on a high carb diet." :)

I think for breakfast is better 250-300 cal. Really, why you need so low ?? I like black coffee and some protein at morning :) 2 eggs + tomatoes, sezam seeds, mushrooms etc. Or a lot of fruits sometimes... Just fresh fruits. Then I'm full with energy too.

Coffee- just hot, strong, black with no sugar. Sometimes a little cinnamon or chilly pepper. Just one big coffee, at morning. I LOVE THIS TASTE! I love jasmine green tea too.

Cinnamone, 1/2 of banana, some dried fruit & nuts- cranberries, figs, apricots, almonds. Waiting for fresh berries- raspberries, blueberries, strawberries mmmmm :)

I do drink coffee, especially black simple turkish coffee without anything, just once per day, at morning– it can do miracles. Nice question :)) I am exactly 1,73 m , wich is 5'8" Highest weight - was about 176 ish (80 kg) Currently - 165 lb (75 kg) Goal weight - not sure about 142 lb, but at least 152 lb (69 kg)!!! We can do this!
