wow!!! you've gone along way !! that is awesome :) congratulations on your 40 lbs loss :D but i too hit a plateau lately ,and my friends recommended that i increase my calories to 1500 calories, and do Hit workouts or high impact aerobics ... and it's working :) i wish you the best ;):flowerforyou:

I've been told that the best time to workout is day time or just after i wake up, and I've been struggling to workout on day time...but as i talk to those amazing people...they just workout any time a day, as long as they workout, eat well and get enough sleep ,it doesn't really matter when to workout so that's what i did…

i have grilled sardines not canned....i don't know about the serving, we order 2 and a half kg of sardines for 5 persons....so each one has 0.5 kilos of sardines...they are really small fish :) and it doesn't look like alot at all...i think i will post a picture about my sardines serving in 3 hours...stayed here :)

no ,actually i think if i eat before working out i would need to wait 2 hours to digest and not feel nauseous, is that right??? i just have coffee and workout, then shower and get breakfast...what do you think?

i'm from port said, and we do have fish...but another problem is ,i really can't eat too much protein like this, because my stomach got a bit lazy from being stressed , so i have a case of indigestion...this much protein might give me cramps and vomiting....i really don't know what to do.... i'm always afraid of eating…
