  • Hi! I have been doing well tracking and counting calories, but I need to get back into an exercise routine. I had to quit the gym for now and am at a loss as to what to do at home. What works well for you? I have no room for equipment like a treadmill or elliptical.

  • Happy Saturday to you!! I’ve got a busy day today - going to need to really exert some willpower when we celebrate my sons birthday at the bowling alley this afternoon. Fortunately, I won’t be tempted to eat birthday cake since I am gluten intolerant. 😂👍🏻.
