I worked in a prison. Easily ignored the fat jokes from inmates because their opinions are pretty useless, but by the time I had to order bigger uniform pants twice and then having my belt literally exploded off me in control one day like a subway commercial, I couldn't ignore it anymore and decided it was time to change.

I've lost over 40 pounds doing this so far, I've had some set backs but don't get discouraged. real healthy change takes time.

I've found the hardest part for me is being active, I can count calories all day but dang its hard to get off my butt and do something sometimes lol

you're welcome. Its a helpful website for anyone not used to weights or anyone who doesn't know the full range of excerises you can get just using dumbbells. the animations showing propper form is great too!
