Free weight tutorials?

Hey there! I just joined a gym today, it's in a hotel so there isn't much equipment but the pool, hot tub and steam room make up for that haha. They do have free weights but I don't know how to use them properly. Does anybody have any links for good tutorials on how to use free weights? Thanks!

you're welcome. Its a helpful website for anyone not used to weights or anyone who doesn't know the full range of excerises you can get just using dumbbells. the animations showing propper form is great too!0
