I log it when I binge, it's helpful to see just how much damage it does so you can reflect on it later.

as much as people say that you must eat your calorie goal, i believe in listening to your body. If you're not hungry don't eat.

I used to always get a stitch when running. A friend once said to me that if that happens then I am running too fast. The next time I went out running I ran slower and sure enough no stitch. After a while i was able to build up my speed without getting a stitch.

I am on day 6 of the 30DS and this is the furthest I've ever gotten (and I've tried it a few times!!) It really does get less painful, the first few days are agony I will give you that but it honestly does get easier! Just push through the barrier. I can't do the pushups so instead I do the plank position (with knees on…

as much as people will try to tell you to eat them back I believe that your body will tell you. If your body is hungry because of the calorie deficit it will want food and it will tell you. These past few days i've been doing a lot of walking and gym at lunchtime and 30 day shred when i come home that I am left with a…

I was always under the impression that you were supposed to do it every day for 30 days, 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3. Is that wrong?

For some reason the treadmills at my local gym don't have any pause or stop buttons so the only way to stop them is to push the emergency stop button

I think you look great, so long as you BMI is within the healthy range then I think it's fine. It's maybe just such a dramatic change that they say you look like that "n comparison to what you used to look like. If you are healthy and you are happy then pay no attention

Did day 1 on the 1st, day 2 on the 2nd. Never made it this far before! I am in agony today but I will do day 3 today when I get home from work. I am actually looking forward to it. I am sore all over but I think moving about and stretching will help :)

I've been trying polo mints. whenever I feel a wee craving for food and it's not quite meal/snack time i'll pop a polo mint in my mouth. Not only keeping mu mouth busy but also I don't like the taste of foods after having a mint/brushing teeth so it puts me off eating for a while.

The doc never told me to no. I've had migraines since I was a child and have tried many many medications which do no good. I've just tried to cut various things out of my diet at one time or another and this time it was caffeines turn. I've spent so many year just trying different things. The headaches when I stopped were…

I've only just seen this topic but I'll join in. Walking to and from work so far this month I've done 12 miles. From now on I'm going to go for a walk in my lunch hour to help me reach the goal!

Jillian Michaels is amazing, if you are following her then chances are you are building muscle and becoming leaner, perhaps thats why there is no difference in the actual weight yet, the fact that your clothes size went down is a great NSV though and you should be really happy with that! It's more than likely that your…

Is there such a thing as too much water? I'm trying to give up caffeine so cutting out tea and cola, and drinking water instead and I'm drinking sooo much water. It's nice but I'm getting awful headaches which I assume is from going cold turkey on the caffeine, but could it be from too much water too? I do find the more I…
