@lindamtuck2018 @Megan_smartiepants1970 I will stay on support then. I am just in a muscle building phase and that always means some gain until I decide to cut again. Hopefully I will recover the muscle I lost and the next cut will have me closer to goal.

I hop on the scale around 9am on my non swim mornings. 5am is just too early to face the scale. My trainer wants me to stop weighing all together... I just can't do that.
