Had a tornado like event at my house. Had a tree top fly onto my roof yesterday. It is all good and glad it wasn't worse. I hopefully will be getting a new roof and floor in my kitchen. A nice hole in the roof that let enough water in the house to have fans and dehumidifier and flooring and baseboards ripped out of the kitchen. I am trying not to eat through it. Just exhausted and need some rest. Slept none last night. Don't know how this activity board works but I am giving it a try.

  • @lindamtuck2018 yes it is a regulation 25 meter pool. It is a great feeling when you hit those nsv goals. Now to get that 50 meter fly. @melissadreed903 have you started a lifting or strength regimen? that can make the scale go nuts the first 3 weeks
  • Great morning in the pool!!! 1400 meters and I even swam a 25 meter of butterfly!!! I was proud of myself! It is all coming back to me. College swim team was 30 years ago... so it is taking some time to come back to me. Happy Good Friday! Happy Passover! I pray this good light feeling lasts all weekend.

  • @lindamtuck2018 aerial yoga is one of my favorite things to do as it stretches and strengthens every muscle in the body. Very relaxing. I was afraid at first but I soon learned to trust the rig... I may do some today it has been a while.
