Interesting, thank you! I would like to do some kind of bar or muffin or something like that. We have people that bring banana halves, grapes, oranges, and apples with cinnamon sprinkled. That does sound good though =O)

Normally I run the entire thing but they threw us a curve ball.....haha We ran at Clearwater Beach and there's a huge Causeway Bridge, well we ended up having to run up that bridge and then turn around at the top and come back down. I'm not used to running up hills so winded me! I ended up walking for about 15 - 30 seconds…

Upload the picture to snapfish or photobucket (or any other photo hosting website) click on your picture and then copy the url into your post before the url put .[.i.m.g.] in little letters and then at the end of the url put .[./.i.m.g.] (without the periods though) Hope this made sense......hahaha

Thanks! I had thought about buying that but I also have the Boost Your Metabolism and it's REALLY hard, it's 45 or 50 minutes, I can't remember. 20 minutes would be much better...lol

Awww you all are awesome! I love the sugar comparison....hahaha If I could figure out how to post pics I could post my before and now but they were taken at two different angles so I know that effects the picture too (self timer on one and hubby took one)

I'm 28, 5'2 and 167 lbs =/ I would like to get down to 130ish, we'll see =O) I had been doing really well and then fell off of the wagon but I'm getting back on it now!

I have the Wii Fit (the original) and I don't think I would purchase it again. It's okay if you want something to do besides sit on the sofa but for a good workout, it doesn't help at all. Good luck! Sounds like I need to invest in the Jillian Michaels disc.

lol, yes, it's like it's taunting me!!!!! I just feel so bad eating MORE calories because I worked out, does anyone else feel that way or am I just weird....lol It's like I worked my butt off for those burned calories and now you want me to eat more??? Do you stick with the 1200 calories even after a workout or do you go…

I know how you feel and I have had everything tested on me to see if it's a medical issue as to why I'm so tired all of the time. I need to exercise today and I know the day is young but I just want to go lay back down in bed. :grumble:
