That's a huge amount to lose in one year, well done. Slower is better, gives your body time to adjust and level out as it goes, more likely to keep your healthy eating habits.

You look amazing, well done.

Hi I'm from Auckland. I didn't try much last year and also need to stick at it this year. Clothes are starting to get tight again, and the exercising slacked off. You can add me if you want although I think you might have a fair few to choose from now?

Holy! And I can see that you earned it, well done.

Trying on a new pair of skinny jeans and thinking surely a size 14 would fit. Becoming very fustrated that they were tight, and then discovering that the label on the jeans were a 12, size smaller than I thought they were! :D They had put the wrong price tag with size attached wooohooo

Wow you look amazing. Well done. Thank you so much for posting the pics, you've motivated me to try harder, love seeing success pictures

I went into Just Jeans and tried on 'Skinny Jeans' and had to go down two sizes! woooooohoooooo But I held off buying them as I don't want to fork out $80 and then find they don't fit in another month or two, but what a thrill!

Another thing, 0o0w3z. Get your family and friends in on it, other wise they tend to sabotage your efforts, I find. Let them know that you need to, want to lose weight and would appreciate them supporting you by not offering things that will rack up the calorie intake.

Unless you aren't logging it. And you're right there are a lot of wasted calories are going on fizzy drinks, juice, wine etc. Looking at the diary a few…

Right this minute, I am wearing jeans that I haven't been able to fit in over 5 years! I tried them on three weeks ago and I couldn't even do the button up, now they are on and comfy, snug... but that's good as I'm running out of clothes that fit, fast!

I've only lost a little bit so far, but my summer pants that were too tight last summer are way too loose for this summer. With Christmas coming up, the last thing I want to do is spend money on new clothes for work. I'm going to have to go to all the 'op shops' I can find and keep my fingers crossed that I find something.…

I started 30 DS this morning! I haven't got any weights yet, I might just have to use canned food from the pantry lol until I can buy some. Nice energetic feeling afterwards. I feel rather unsure on what exercises I should do or try, so thought I'd start with this.
