Slow pace, 2 years and 40lbs lost (pic)

Hi to all!

I started taking care of myself around 2 years ago and i only switched to clean eating and do some exercise when i have enough time.

This is still a work in progress, i still want to lose another 20 lbs, but i think i have all the time of the world to do that!

Feel free to add me!

Fantastic! It's not the speed but the journey! Like you I am taking a slower pace, been at it over 2 years but not giving up for the last 7 kilos Always knew I could do it and the seeing me now spurs me on. Keep going at your own pace :)

Oh, I don't know. I think your insistence on taking your time, eating a healthier diet and exercising is only going to result in one thing.

    More success.

    Congrats!:flowerforyou:

It does not matter how long it takes to lose it but try to at least walk 30 minutes a day to prevent circulation problems. Good job!
