I didn't go to my 20th for the same reason...and I had my knee scoped the Wednesday before. I was bummed that I didn't get to see a few people, but I've seen most of them since.

I make my own Greek yogurt (plain, because we use it for other stuff than just yogurt), and then add some fresh fruit and about a tablespoon of honey. To me, at least, it's sweet enough and not super high in calories.

Depends on what you want. Most people think 40/30/30 split is good (it's what I do), I haven't used the MFP set macros in forever, so I couldn't tell you what they default to and why. You just seemed super ticked that they changed it, so I gave the information that you CAN change them yourself.

The cool thing about muscle, besides staving off osteoporosis and a slew of other age-related things, is that it makes your body more compact...you might way 140, but you might look 125 because you aren't fluffy. Something to think about.
