Where are you at in your cycle? You could try to deload for a week, perhaps. Also, try upping your cals just a bit, and hit them. I know when I was trying to DL 160 and I didn't eat enough I was frelling tired!

I do it 3-4 times per week, at home or in my classroom. (Yoga, obvs.) I have a yogaglo.com membership so I use a class from there or the hone practice classes from Yoga Journal. ( Yes, I subscribe to the mag.)

I started my most recent cycle of SL with goblet squats on deadlift days instead of barbell squats. I was still squatting, but it's a different movement, and the lighter weight (I maxed out with a 60 lb dumbbell) didn't put so much pressure on my body.
