What you eat is important, but don't try to do it…
  • I use plain Greek yogurt for starter to make more yogurt. I then use it like many have mentioned, in place of sour cream, with museli and fruit for breakfast......your imagination is the limit.......just an all round basic food. Great in baking, and a thousand other things.
  • "fitterpam" gave you some very good advice which should help you a lot. I don't know what you are eating right now, but I do find from observation that a majority of people have too much sodium, too much sugar from unnatural sources, and not enough fiber, not just from grains, but from vegetables. The closer you are to the…
  • I rarely have cravings anymore. The first thing I did was to eat only natural sugars.......eliminating triggers. Water is a great help. :drinker: I actually hardly ever have juices anymore, unless I make them myself with the fiber still present. Generally I have 25g of fiber or more each day. For me it has been a gradual…

When some have taken the defensive, or argued about some things that may seem trivial to me, I know and respect that they were just offering THEIR opinion. So glad that we can offer our opinion...... • My vote is for option 4 with a second choice of option 1. I think option 4 is the most flattering and would look great with the dressy cartigan you mentioned. Looking quite sassy, even in the winding down phase! anxiously awaiting seeing you in option 4 with all the fine details.........Know that you will look spectacular!…
  • Hummus! Yum! I really like using it in place of mayo on sandwiches, and so much better for you. I also use it as a vegetable dip....only a small portion. I've never found a flavor I'm not fond of yet!
  • Actually, that may not be a good thing.....go to the must read sections and learn about starvation mode......also if you are getting too much sodium don't just take a diuretic just consume less sodium...Key factors for health: variety, balance, and moderation. ( my husband teaches nutrition at a local college, and the…

  • I found that measuring the herbs was difficult, so I had to approximate the amounts. Rosemary has a very powerful flavor so it is best to approximate it and then chop it finely. I've made the recipe twice now, and found the flavors were more balanced when I chopped the herbs a little smaller. I really love this recipe, a…
