I know, its fab isnt it!! I was about to start WW Online and a friend told me about this site, and its WAY better than WW, and free too, which is a bonus. A HUGE thumbs up for this technology!

am VERY committed to tracking - it is the only way I can keep a proper record of what I eat, and it is really helping to see thebalance of food I eat too. Have done WW in the past, but all I knew was how many points I had eaten, not about the food values, so am learning lots already! This is the LAST time i want to diet…

better to be over on protein than carbs/fat, as protein is filling. its carbs that i struggle with, i have to make a real conscious effort to eat a meal a day with no carbs if i can, i just love bread/pasta/potatoes too much!!

Thank you all for your brilliant advice - I am going to do with dahl, some rice, maybe a poppadom and drink lots of water! I had a walk in my lunch hour, so have some spare calories, and you are all so right, this is just one day, and I will choose wisely and enjoy :) Thank you! xxx

Thank you both lots - shall go for some plain rice and dahl. I was prepared that somewhere down the line I would be challenged to think on my feet about eating our etc, but not on day 3!!! :) I've done WW many many times in the past, so have never really thought of food as food groups, because everything is in points, so…
