I've been recommended Polar FT1, FT2, FT4 or FT7. It depends what you want it to do from what I gather, so it is worth doing some research as i bought a karrimor one, and it is rubbish!! Cost £40, so was gutted. Wished I'd done my research first!!

Thanks for this - it sounds good! I want to do some exercise but dont want to be disheartened by not being able to do it, so its good that it has alternatives until I AM fit enough to do it properly!!!

Thank you :) I just dont want to get something that I just cannot do - I have alot of weight to lose and want to do this in a way that makes me motivated and encouraged, not distraught because I cant do a million sit ups!! :)

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day! There is so much choice, and its such a good way to set yourself up for the day. My favourite choices are: Breakfast cereal with skimmed or semi skimmed milk Porridge and honey Fruit, yoghurt and raisins Poached or scrambled egg on light toast Muffin with jam or poached eggs also…

I have breakfast at 7, lunch at 1 then dinner at 6/7, depending when I get home. I have some snacks with me at work so I dont snack on the bad food that surrounds me!!!
