Many thanks to you all for the encouragement. completed my second workout today followed by a 10 minute soak in FREEZING cold water then a hot shower. Cant wait for my weighing/measuring on Monday, hope my efforts aren't in vain. regardless if I'm not losing anything at least i know my general fitness will be improving ^^…
