For me, I would eat the real thing, the fried, and eat less of course. I've been in Europe and seems like they eat the good stuff, but less of it. Seems to work for them.

I've been doing this plan for about 3 weeks and I've lost 1 lb. The last time I lost weight (15 lbs.) on a 1200 calorie a day or so diet it took at least that long to lose one pound.
