The biggest thing is my breakfast since I always tent to eat to much. I also take a multi vitamin and make sure all my nutience is at 100 percent. I just want to give it a try to make NY own judgment.

Reading all these stories on how all of you find time to workout during your busy work week. Getting up early and what not is inspirational to me. If you can get up at 430 in the morning workout and have a job, kids and school so can I. thank you to everyone for the help.

Between 1220 and 2pm I am taking the bus to work which is about I'd say a hour bus ride.
