According to my trainer..heavier weights less reps an you go till you fail (meaning you dont lose form but can't do another rep) I do 90 minutes 3 x a week an love it

i agree with everyone else you need to get rid of the pre-pkgd food- I was the queen of it so I know it is hard but can be done..go to raw foods as much as possible an spread your meals out thruout the day..an of course lots of water..though I have not seen the scale move in almost 3 weeks i am losing inches as i stareted…

same height started a bit heavier..my diary is open..remember we all hit times when the weight loss stales..take measurments, chg up your diet ( my cals are set at 1700) an chg up exercise but most of all don't give up you will see it move again ..you can do this girl

they are a waste of money ( I know I was a sucker to) fact is (like everyone is telling you) there is no short cuts, eat more whole foods, fuel your body with good things, an move..an cont to increase your movement..you didnt get unhealthy overnite you wont get healthy quick either...none of these fad diets work that is…

Eat healty carbs-veggies etc..I personally will never give up bread an like you pizza it would then be a diet an not a lifestyle..I do however eat thin crust an order veggie pizza an no longer eat the whole pie-:) portion control...I also found bread that is multi-grain an thin with only 80 cals an I no longer eat bread…
