I've always found that tracking every/everything is the key. Even when you go over you have to be accountable. I can't do it halfway. Either doing it or I'm wasting time. Good luck and all feel free to add if looking for a motivated friend.

All were tailored to my old frame. I don't think you can return them. Trying to decide if should get them refitted now, later or never.

Congrats. I think part of it is that people are cautious to whom they mention potential weight loss fearing it's taboo to talk about their weight. Particularly women.

Down 3.2 last week! 18.4 total. About half way.

I did the fat2fitradio calculation and it suggested 2200 calories when the MFP plan suggested 1700 to lose 1.5 lbs. per week.

The points plus conversion was annoying. Without a doubt there was some motivation on their part to change the platform and sell new product.
