I bought a bottle a while back and didn't notice much if anything. Eventually didn't feel like consuming 250 calories for 2 TBS daily.

3 day guys golf weekend over. Tried really hard to stay on plan but with beverage cart every 30 min and limited food options at clubhouse. (Can only eat wings so long.) I did want up with a few Bud Lights in cupholder and a few carbs to boot. Plus 2lbs for weekend. Will see how many days that sets me back. Got some rest…

Five weeks in and feeling better every day/week. First real social road block this weekend. A guys golf weekend that normally contains a lot of golf, a few beers and lots of bad food. I’m sure to go off Ketosis but will test my willpower to get back on track Sunday. I’ll let you know what happens weightwise if interested.…

Update Week 1, 8.2 lbs lost Week 2, 2.8 lbs lost Week 3, 6.4 lbs lost I feel so far ahead of where I expected to be. I haven’t cheated once in the 24 days into Keto diet. Only time I felt a little guilty was eating 8 strawberries with whipped cream last night. Used stevia and a little vanilla in whipping cream and blended…

Close to two weeks in. 8.2 loss week 1, 2.8lbs so far 5 days into week 2. I’ve found the Keto plan to have many options that leave me satisfied. I’m sleeping better and my evening cravings for snacks aren’t what they normally are. It’s really been a nice surprise.

Week 1 result - down 8.2lbs. Week 2 hope - another 2 lbs.

Count me in. I started Keto last Friday the 13th. Within 24 hours my whole body felt aches and fatigued. Anyone else?

I keep telling myself no muchies after 7pm but I still find myself opening the Pantry and fridge about a half dozen times before bedtime. Been hitting some low cal snack size microwave popcorn lately.

Ive had it on my phone for a few weeks. Tried it today in the office and it was effective even with a suit on. Will do it again for sure.

Cool thanks for the link! I'm sure there was some water weight initially, lost 3.6 week 1, 6.3 over the past 4 weeks.

The Title I go to is $50 per month without any long term commitment. The workout is great and within a week you can feel the difference.
-
How many times a week/month do you go?
-
Wow man, that's like 4.5 lbs per week. How many calories per day? What was workout plan?

I'm a social drinker and it doesn't affect my work or relationships. Just for fun every now and then. My problem is that the day after a few beers/drinks I can't control my hunger impulses. I could eat a chipotle burrito and still crave something else a few hours later. If it's once or twice a week it's a guarantee to add…

Don't let a little guilt derail your goals. Go for a walk, eat a sensible light dinner and start a new day tomorrow.

I'm solid breakfast lunch and have really kept the liquid calories to a minimum. I have been letting the fruit supply run low. That would help to get the Pineapple and strawberries stocked up again.

Lose 15 more and it's time to assemble a new wardrobe!

Got a charge HR in February. Didn't start fully utilizing it until April. I now look to get over that 10k mark daily. 130,000 steps the past 7 days. Have lost 39 lbs the past 115 days and feeling much healthier. MFP and Fitbit are motivators.

Went out for a 6 mile brisk walk to burn some calories. Felt great and appreciate the positive vibes, I needed that. I'm embarrassed to say how much higher the scale read Sunday night two days after my weekly Friday entry.
-
They say you burn as many calories walking a mile as you do running a mile. Whether or not its a cardio activity would depend on your exertion level. Perhaps buy a FitBit or other device for help.

Around a 10% loss. It's an interesting topic around here as some, like me appreciate the feedback. Others get irritated that people are commenting about something that is not their business.

Honestly it's a terrible story. None of us know him but I imagine he's been an inspiration for a few people. Sounds like it's a guy that ran his foundation as you mentioned. There are some reports about Jareds connections years back pre-weight loss days. Sad thing is that with something awful like this there is immediate…

Okay, thanks but it's a fact.

Two days of alcohol per week in weight loss is going to be a challenge for most people. This past weekend had two days with a few beers. Jumped on the scale and was plus 5. I'd suggest trying 30 days w/o the sauce and see how you do.
