Lost 53 pounds in 99 days!

In January 2016, I made a New Years resolution to get in shape and lose weight. I'm a 61 year old male, and I weighted 218 lbs. My new target weight was 165 lbs by December 31, 2016. Mid-way through 2016 I still weighed 218 pounds, because like most resolutions I still didn't take any action. Then on September 1, 2016, I looked in the mirror and said "that's it, get off your butt and do something about your weight"! And with that, I started to exercise daily and eat healthy. As a result, I went from weighing 218 pounds on September 1, 2016 to 165 pounds on December 8, 2016! I lost a total of 53 pounds in 99 days! It was hard but I stuck with it! And with that, I say... "the best is yet to come"! :)
