Getting back to the plan after 18 mo.

3x today people have noticed weight loss
down from 230lbs to 191 and want to hit 180. Three seperate times today I've have people notice the weight loss and curious how. One said that I didn't need to lose anymore. I said thanks but technically I'm still overweight just not as much as before. It's weird that they'd all say something today.

Mid Week Gain

Old clothes not fitting anymore and eager to buy new clothes. Hate spending too much on nice things when I have about 15 more to go. It's impossible to keep wearing bagging stuff. Bought a few things anyhow. It feels like I'm buying transitional clothing.

Drank about 1500 cal at The Rolling Stones last night

Resting heart rate down after 25lb loss
Thought about comparing my old stats on Fitbit vs now after losing 25lb. About 20 more to go... Using Fitbit my avg daily resting heart rate used to be around 71 bpm. It's now 61. Much greater than I expected.

I'm about halfway to where I want to be. Lost 21, 24 to go. A few of my suits, two I just bought and one I've never worn don't fit anymore. At what point can they not be tailored? I dont mind waiting until I reach goal weight but I need them for work.

I've found that when having a hungry feeling I can satisfy it with some lean Deli Ham, Turkey or Chicken. Also some fresh fruit. Bananas, strawberries, apples etc.
