Favorite Low Calorie Filling Foods?

I've found that when having a hungry feeling I can satisfy it with some lean Deli Ham, Turkey or Chicken. Also some fresh fruit. Bananas, strawberries, apples etc.

    eggs, coffee, soups, quinoa, roasted cruciferous vegetables (depends of course on how much oil is used to roast them), smoothies, annie's organic burritos, chicken sausages and chicken burgers (no breading)
