Favorite Low Calorie Filling Foods?

I've found that when having a hungry feeling I can satisfy it with some lean Deli Ham, Turkey or Chicken. Also some fresh fruit. Bananas, strawberries, apples etc.

eggs, coffee, soups, quinoa, roasted cruciferous vegetables (depends of course on how much oil is used to roast them), smoothies, annie's organic burritos, chicken sausages and chicken burgers (no breading)0

1/2 cup of oatmeal + 1/4 cup of milk + 1tsp of sugar + Lots of Cinnamon = 200 calories0

Cottage cheese! So filling for the calories and so many ways to eat it.0
