There is a thread on here called, "just for today". We list goals just for today. People set everything from drink more water, and log everything, and walk 30 min. Set goals just for today. It really will build from there and check out the thread!

Day off from work, and a rest day from my 1/2 marathon training. I'm focusing on logging my food and enjoying the rest my body needs!

I did this for a bit in January and it really helped. Then I stopped and everything seemed to fall apart. Well I did it! 30 min left in my shift and I walked twice, kept to my healthy snacks, and drank my water. I'm ready to head home where my hubby has grilled chicken breast with fresh peppers and onions, quinoa and black beans for dinner!
