  • Just joined the group but I have done day 5 too. Will be checking in from now on! Also finding it easier than day 1 and with you on the lunges; I ditch one weight and hold one with 2 hands as I find it too hard otherwise!

  • 30 day shred is just an exercise DVD. It suits some people as is only a half hour a day and as a mum who can't get out running without the kids, it is ideal. With a balanced diet, it works well. The bFP's you mention are completely unrealistic for most women and this certainly won't pretend to achieve that.
  • Thanks! Don't worry, give it another go when you feel ready! Make sure you have a good goal - I had a holiday goal which has kept me motivated. Don't feel bad, just use that to drive you on!
  • Anybody still out there doing the Shred? Am on Day 26/30 and seeing the difference - stick at it! 3.5 inches off waist, 3 off hips, inch off each thigh, 2.5 off bust and not a pound lost (apart from the £5 the dvd cost me!!)
  • Keep going! It is worth it and you have done so many days already - I have 8 days left and I can't wait, level 3 is a challenge and really gets me hot and shouting some obscenities at Jillian!!
  • I started 30DS early on in the thread - have just completed Level 2 20 days in. Looking forward to moving on to Level 3! Haven't done measurements for a while but will post if any good!
  • I had Saturday off so on Level 2 day 3 today - done, yay!! Aiming to finish the rest with no breaks or I won't fit it in before I go away!! Everyone is doing really well!!

  • Just done Day 6 level 1 too! 30 days seems a long way off still but over half way on level one so feeling positive and seeing some progress already!!
  • Ow! Sore after level 1 day 2 especially across chest! Just discovered I am using 3kg weights - over 6lb!? At least I can feel the muscles have been working!!

  • Hi - I am an F and swear by Enell sports bras. Less Bounce sell them for about £45 but mine has lasted 5 years. They look odd and are a workout in itself to get on but squash you really flat and I have no bounce really when running.
