Yeah, It helps some. My favorite yogurt trick is to mix it with non fat cottage cheese. My protein intake is ridiculously high so I need all the high protein snacks I can get. Unfortunately high protein low fat is tricky sometimes. Egg whites, chicken, and tuna are my staples.

Take some lowfat cottage cheese, slice up a green apple, sprinkle cinnamon, Nuke for 15 seconds. Awesome. Calories about 90 in a small green apple and 90 in a half cup of lowfat cottage cheese so leaving room for error, about 200 calories.
