Hiya i agree with these postst. Artificial sweetnes are worse then sugar. Teh exception being stevia. The atrificial sweetners also draw nutrients from your body. Infrequent bowel movements are not a good thing. You schould be going every day. If the stuff keeps sitting there your body is adsorbing your toxins again. So you really need to get rid of the stuff.
