I've definitely noticed a pattern that follows my cycle. Basically, for 2 weeks every month, my weight either won't budge or I'll gain 2 pounds. 3-4 days after my period starts, I'll be down 4-5 pounds. I have lost weight in the past and am currently working at losing weight again. 5 pounds per month is the average for me- i'm 5'5" and started out at 168. I "maxed out" at 190ish... i'm assuming this was my weight because I refused to get on the scale after I hit 185 and I know I gained weight after that.
