What is TDEE.. I am new to this weight loss thing and I am discouraged by my loss now. I have been logging for over a month and walking 4 miles a day for 2 months, and also started Jillian Michaels 30ds and only lost 6 lbs so far.. I see on here I must not be eating enough PLEASE HELP!!!!

I started 30ds this past monday so I am on day 5 of 1. I also walk 4 miles everymorning.. I will tell you what on Tuesday it was excrutiating to walk that 4 miles but I pushed through and made it and proud of it. Now even on day 5 i feel tons better and can to the workouts from beginning to end.. I do a little modifing…

Thanks guys. I guess I wont be too afraid to eat that pasta every now and then. I was just really addicted to that stuff and realized it was hindering any progress. you are right, i need to feed my body what it needs more then deplete it of needs. I will still watch what I eat but still eat what my body needs.

Im wanting to lose 70 lbs, that will put me around 138-140 hopefully by next spring! My goal is my youngest sons 1st birthday!
