This shouldn't really be hard. Add a spoonful or two of peanut butter or snack on some nuts---you will easily add 200 calories to your day, no cooking required. What milk are you using in your cereal? Try full-fat milk. Or, again, add some nuts in the bowl...nuts are very caloric, but nutritious.

ahahaha love it

I was good today, I had a mixed spinach and green salad with some roasted brussel sprouts & asparagus on top. My work caf has a salad bar, so I usually just mix up whatever they have for the day

Right there with you. As soon as I finally looked it up (I've seen it mentioned here or there before, but was never curious) my first thought was "that must be gross..."
-
hahaha Seriously though, why is everyone freaking out? This is pretty normal in certain parts of the US. Whatever makes you feel better! I doubt she's going to shoot at every shadow; it's just a precautionary measure

He sounds like a douche. No one should make you feel bad about your weight, ever, especially not the person who's supposed to love you. It's one thing to encourage healthy habits, but he should NOT be comparing you to other women, or calling you "fat" or being ashamed of you while you guys are out. Find someone who…

yeah, men tend to lose weight more quickly than women do. They have a higher metabolic rate, I believe, & less body fat overall. So just by upping his physical activity, your husband was able to drop the weight, no problem. But try not to focus on him---he has an unfair advantage  Keep doing what you're doing, &…

I can't wait to lose mine. I went from a B-small C to Very Big C-almost D, & they get in the way of EVERYTHING. Not used to having so much chest! And I want to be able to fit into my daintier bras again... Don't worry about it. I know many men who prefer the small boob look, anyway (if that's what you're worried about)
-
But you're not attracting quality...this entire post is about how you're attracting "cheese"y pick-up lines

He sounds like a controlling bully. You claim to have been happy & confident at a size 12 when you met him, but then he seems to have manipulated you into feeling worse about yourself---so you start exercising with him & skipping meals. That's not healthy. Now that you've been stressed & unable to go run with him as much,…

I wouldn't take any supplements... some foods/plants are natural diuretics, you know. Like parsley and asparagus. Dandelion tea is a good diuretic, as is caffeine.
-
I don't think he was being hateful or "jealous" or negative or whatever the hell else people are saying. "Struggling with food" is a common saying---it just means that you'll always need to be mindful of what you're eating in order to maintain. Which is true.

I just eat the whole egg, personally. The calories you save by omitting the yolk is negligible, IMO, & plus, I'm a vegetarian so I need the B12 & whatnot in the yolks. As long as you don't have a cholesterol problem, eating the yolk is good for you http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Egg_Yolk.html

same here! The most I've ever logged was about 600-something over, though

10-12 years age difference isn't huge in the scheme of things, BUT the decade you have separating you two is one where A LOT of emotional, sexual, mental maturity develops. You guys are not going to be on the same plane, at all. She's too young. Of course, if you're just looking for some fun---go for it, I guess? Realize…

hahaha that's what I was thinking also :-\ Seriously, did you just flop them onto a kitchen scale? BUT ANYWAY, sorry. 98 pounds sounds very light, but at 5'0", not totally unhealthy. I do worry when people have a specific goal weight though because obsessing about the number is not usually based in reason (especially when…

I'm in this position---& yeah, it's SO hard to have a social life. It's not that I want a drink so bad, it's that I'm used to not worrying about my food/alcohol intake when out with friends...so when I DO go out, it's a bit depressing to remember "you're trying to be healthyyyy." So I'd rather not go out at all :-\
-
I wouldn't stress about logging---you're on vacation! You're already in a healthy mindset, so you'll most likely eat reasonably & won't get too far off track, anyway.

Tofu?

Eh, I usually just leave it down & do an arm motion to get it out of my face whenever I change positions---it doesn't bother me too much :) Every time I braid it or put it up, it seems to always be loose in the morning anyway, so I figured, what was the point?

I drink their Youthberry tea---- it is DELICIOUS. Here's the description from the website: "Youthful and fresh, this clean and crisp, pale pink, blushing tea is made from candied pineapple and mango pieces with Fuji and Golden Delicious apples added for spirit. 'Superfruits' red currant and acai berry create a youthful…

5'7" around 130 now looking to be 120, hopefully back to 115 :) I have a thin build, so that extra 10-15 pounds doesn't look right!

I'm 25, gonna be 26 next month! I think I've hit that cursed time period already :( haha Everyone on this thread feel free to add me! My use of this thing is on/off, but right now it's on because I'm reaaally trying to accomplish something before warmer weather settles in

OP, if you want helpful advice, you should open yourself up to some of the comments that you may not want to hear. Do you care whether or not the 10 pounds is mostly water weight? It seems the consensus is that...you can't lose 10 pounds of actual fat in only a week. But it's possible to lose something close to it in water…
-
This is all great information, but I think the OP really just wants to know if eating back your exercise calories just undos that hard work. Which, no. MFP already puts you at a deficit. If you're set to 1200, exercise & burn 250, then eat a bagel or something---you're still somewhere around 1200 calories, which makes you…
-
I agree that you should listen to yourself, but from the original post it actually sounds like...you're never hungry? So that's not good.
-
I'm at 1240 per day, so feel free to add me--- I do tend to go over/forget to log my dinners & usually don't log at all on weekends, though. Soooo I may not be the best person to look to as an example  I find it pretty hard to stay within the 1200 range, do definitely exercise to earn more calories if you can.
