Everyone has good suggestions-- I would say adding the amount works too, sometimes (like "one banana" "one whole pepper" etc.)
-
Not on day #1--- I'm usually too crampy & fatigued. By day 2 or 3, I can pop an ibuprofen & be okay, but the first day totally wipes me out.
-
Water retention like everybody said--- but may I add, don't weigh yourself right after a cheat meal? I mean, way to torture yourself  Try just weighing once a week, & if you, say, tend to cheat on the weekend, weigh-in on Friday morning after a week of "being good" The number will be more consistent that way.

I do this sometimes, usually I just suck it up & plan to eat lighter the next day. If you're at 1200, going over by 500-800 one day isn't THAT big of a deal. You can go over by even less by: Trying to incorporate more movement, maybe go for a walk, get in a workout before dinner. Then pick two things to cut out--- don't…

I've definitely done this before. When I log it & realize, it's definitely like... WHOA, but sometimes I know I'm having a big dinner, so I eat lightly throughout the day, & then splurge. Some people take a more balanced approach, but I find you can't be balanced ALL the time

I love wine, too. I still drink it--- sometimes a lot of it  --- but when I'm being mindful, I try to give myself a 1-2 drink limit. If I want a glass to wind down after work, I'll just pour a glass when I come home, drink while cooking dinner, & then cut myself off (so I don't keep drinking throughout dinner; I'll…

I was wondering about this too-- it's nice to hear that maybe some of the foods I'm logging don't actually have potassium listed, so maybe I'm getting more than I think! White beans are a good source, I've heard. And pears.
-
Mac & cheese... mmmm... I still eat it, but I try to limit myself to one bowl :)

Just saw this after I noticed this topic in the sidebar, figured I'd post it :) http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2424117/Look-giving-drink-month-face-Mother-enjoyed-glasses-wine-week-transformed-going-cold-turkey.html

Oh, & Dole banana dippers. 100 calories for a pack :)
-
Ghiradelli squares, the individually wrapped kind. It makes it easier to only have one, & they're usually only around 60 calories each
-
It sounds like you're weighing yourself too much, if you're asking about fluctuations throughout the day? Just weigh once a week, in the morning right when you wake up.
-
I just use a tablespoon--- the "serving" on the level is actually 2 tablespoons, usually, so I'll do one heaping tablespoon & log it as two.

I wouldn't call it "cheating", but it'd definitely be shady & not okay in my relationship. However, it's all about rules in your own relationship. In open relationships, sexting wouldn't be a problem, most likely. Even in some physically monogamous relationships, sexting can be considered not a big deal. It's pretty sad to…

Mine does this, too. It's nothing to worry about--- it's just the food expanding your stomach, maybe pushing your other organs out (I dunno, nobody call me out on this, haha) Lower ab exercises can help hold it all in--- I do Pilates (lots of core work) & I've noticed that I'm more compact after eating (there's still some…

Wow, everything looks delicious (& so pretty too!!) Thanks for sharing

I love green tea plain, & I agree that the bottled kind of junk (unless you get the plain unsweetened "just tea" brand) Of course, that's just my opinion. If you want to try drinking it even though you can't stomach it, try adding some lemon? You could even add flavored almond milk, just a TINY bit to sweeten it without…

We used to call this chicken cutlet bras :D (because that's what they looked like...) I think they still sell these in certain places! If not, I'd go braless & suffer, I guess:ohwell:

Right, I was more just simplifying it because so many here seem to think they're getting bulky NOT from strength training (lifting pretty light, it seems), but other stuff, & I just don't believe them... I feel like what they think is "bulky" actually isn't at all (& that's what the pics say too) So my post was basically:…
-
And at the risk of sound a bit more b*tchy, these pictures are a joke. You guys think you look "bulky"? I think there's a bit of a dysmorphia issue going on, because, what?

If you put on muscle quickly, you put on muscle quickly. That's how your body is. There's no point in longing for something different--- be happy that you have visual evidence of your strength, & then stop worrying about what you're "supposed" to look like
-
Fruits & veggies are great for you, but some are more caloric than you'd think--- I'd count them. Plus it's fun to include them & then look at your daily nutrition, & see how much vitamins/potassium you've added
-
Girl no one is saying you're fat! They're saying to reduce body fat, & maybe the cellulite problem will solve itself. Reducing body fat isn't just about weighing less, looking skinny, being a certain size... & even skinny people have cellulite
-
Cellulite is fat pushing through the connective tissue of your legs (or something?) , sooo if you lose more fat, the appearance of cellulite will be reduced. It helps to build muscle, as well. I didn't really have cellulite until I went over a certain weight--- now that I've been exercising, I can tell I have less. Just…

Maybe try a class? I kinda hate exercising too, but I started going to a class (Pilates) & now I feel weird if I happen to miss it.... start out just once a week, then bump up the frequency as you get used to it.
-
Yeah, I looked at your pictures, & I've seen similar photos on "ana" boards. I'm NOT trying to be insulting, but posting ribcage & "thigh gap" pictures (while writing "I'm so fat" over them) is really indicative that you have a problem. Worry about your health before your weight... :-\
