Ok *big breath of relief* sounds like these are all easy things to fix. I'll answer many of the similar questions. I am taking supplements I do drink a protien shake after my routine and I am not planning to quit. I will adjust my TDEE and try to get more of my calories in protien and such. As far as cardio goes I ususally…

Yes I am taking supplements. I should have written that in the OP. I take a womens one a day, fish oil and make sure my protien shake (I drink right after a workout) has glutemin *sp?. Seems like I'm just getting impatient. I need to jusst keep at it.

thank you.

Thank you for your help. My TDEE is based on age weight height I believe. I had a friend get all my info and calculate it for me so I'm not certain. Would I need to use a heart rate moniter to figure out TDEE the other way? (I'm sure I can do some research online and figure it out on my own. as far as activity level I do…

I am overwhelmed with the amount of encouragment you have all given me! And thank you for the advice too!!! I am stoked about going back on Sat. and I think I might try to lift a little heavier I did all my arm stuff with 10lb weights 3 sets of 20 and I wasn't really having that hard of a time, although I WILL be very sore…

Thanks everyo one for the advice! hopefully I can remember everything you said and be proud of myself for being there next time. I DID pay for that side of the gym too and I don't want to go shell out more money for my own weights. SO "that side" of the gym it is. I figure one of two things will happen. I'll bulk up and…

I am using a program that I found on a weight lifting for women website. It has 3 different routines to do 3 times a week so you do routine A one day B the next and C etc. in between you have a day of cardio. I think it sounds like a good plan. The routine says to do 3 reps of 20. There is no way I could do that with…

I do it because it helps me feel better, have a better outlook on life, and know that I am doing something about that reflection that I hate to see in the mirror. I can't feel bad about where I am now when I'm working my hardest to get healthy. Just that one thought along with many others is a motivator to me.

Bump...curious for ideas. This will be our first winter as a family into fitness but I know our gym has a downstairs track that allows kids and they have a great playcenter in thier childcare area and indoor heated pool. I think we will probably utilize that a lot when it gets icky and we want out of the house. Maybe there…
