I do not eat back my exercise calories on a regular basis. However, if I do happen to eat some back I don't fret.

I lost 50 pounds and have maintained for close to 2 years. Yes, I still log in to MFP every day...I'm day 725 or something like that. I exercise 5-6 days a week. 3 of those days include weight training. I weigh myself every day. This keeps me centered and lets me know that it's okay for my weight to fluctuate because it…

I weigh myself every day. While I was losing (I'm not maintaining a 50# loss) it was comforting to know that my weight fluctuated on a daily basis. The way I look at it is that if you only weigh once a week, you might weigh yourself on an "up" day and get frustrated and discouraged thinking that you weren't losing weight.…

I'm at 470 days. It's like breathing at this point.

^THIS! People look at me like I've got 3 eyes when they see me still logging my food. I reached my goal (and then some) back in April. They don't understand why I continue to pay attention to what goes in my body now that I've "lost the weight". Really?

47 180 down to 130 August 2012 to May 2013 Weigh all food...input all food in diary...exercise Weigh all food...input all food in diary...exercise! Yep...same answer for last 2 questions. I know some people are against this but I weight myself every day. It keeps me accountable. I also still weigh my food (mostly) and…

This for sure. I just consider any calories burned outside of intentional exercise "bonus points" floating out there in the universe. I do not enter them.

No. I try not to ingest any artificial sweetener.

This. I love my food scale. Mine cost about $30 (digital). Measures in ounces and kilograms and allows you to zero out so you can just add something else to weigh without removing any other food...will weigh something up to 5 lbs. Confession time...I've even carried it with me on vacation.

This! I strength train 3x times a week. I have gained muscle mass but have not bulked up. I am lean and toned.

Ok that 2nd paragraph made me LOL for real!

MFP set my calorie goal at 1200 as well. I wish I could help you but I didn't have a problem with it. What do you have your weight loss goal per week set for? If you have it set for 2 pounds a week you can always go back and adjust it to a smaller amount which should give you more calories. Of course if you exercised it…

I also use Protein shakes for my in between meal snacks. I was having a hard time getting all my calories in and had trouble keeping my weight at a constant (I kept losing even though I didn't want to). Anyway, I use 100% Whey powder from GNC. I always boost my shake with a carton of Chobani yogurt (or any Greek yogurt)…

Mine went from 36C/D to 34B...so sad. No amount of chest exercises seems to help me either. Also my *kitten* is gone too. Oh well on the upside I've lost 45+ pounds and went from a size 10/12 (L/XL) to a 2/4 (S).

I think you might be a little caught up in the numbers here. If the size 22 pants and the 18/20 shirts fit you nicely then wear them. Just because your measurements say you should be a certain size doesn't mean you are...all designers have different standards for their clothing. For instance, I have sizes 2, 4 and 6 in my…

I have no problem with eating the "commercial" stuff. I'm loyal to JIF...been eating it since I was a child. However, I buy the Simply Jif (white label). It's lower sodium and sugar the the regular JIF. I've never tried the Natural JIF...maybe I'll get it next time.

Don't know where your "weird" feeling was occuring but I always had problems with my feet going numb around the 20 minute mark when I used the elliptical. But I joined KoKo Fit Club and started limiting my time on it (15 minutes max) and just using the crossramp and resistence to get a really good calorie burn and the…

Most of the time I did not eat back my exercise calories. I was fine and didn't starve.

I've recently added more protein to my diet to gain muscle mass. I purchased GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Powder in Vanilla Cream. I used to think I couldn't drink protein shakes but have discovered the beauty of add-ins. A scoop of the powder itself is 24grams of protein. I use skim milk for a little more protein AND I…
