  • I'm restarting and I'm at around the same place with the same frustrations. Right now my goal is to do some walking and to log in and log everything. It's time to fix this.
  • I've been doing this..though I haven't been tracking..just eating what I need so that I don't feel hungry..more on more active days..less on less active days and I've been losing. I'm able to track again now and will see how that translates calorie wise..but so far so good.

  • The first thing I noticed today after losing weight for a week or so is that I can see in my face and I don't want loose skin there! I'm nearly 50 and noticing skin changes so the first thing you said is a great consideration. And # 2 is just sensible.

  • No arm twisting required! She's improved, walking a bit faster, and she went to the litter box then cleaned her own butt! I think that's a great sign! LOL

  • I injured my hand doing push ups. Otherwise I'd probably be lifting now. I'm waiting for a full recovery before I start back at that. Still goes numb at times. Luckily my grip is back to normal and it's just occasional now. I think it'll be better by winter if all carries on as it has been.

  • Thank you. She has improved but is so thin it's heartbreaking. She appears to have been locked up somewhere. She is such an adorable girl. I can't believe she crawled home in such a weakened state, nearly unable to walk just to die. I'm staying positive and doing whatever it takes.
